The tour postpones the question No Doubt was asking itself as early as its 2000 album “Return of Saturn”: What does a band that got together in Southern California’s bratty 1980s ska-revival scene have to say as a group of grown-ups?Its live show was thoroughly designed with band members in white outfits on a white stage set. The four members of No Doubt — its touring band has two more musicians on keyboards and horns — flaunted blond hair and variations on mohawks. The staging didn’t make No Doubt any less frisky.
